Turkish Airlines Refund Policy, If travelers purchased their ticket using a Mastercard, the discount amount will be applied to the charge card guarantor within 7 working days of the request. If traverls paid for their ticket with a money order or cash, the amount will be refunded within 20 business days of your solicitation. For a discount, travelers should phone Turkish Airlines.
